1. Login to your Wistia Account
   
2. Locate and click on the video you want to embed.
   
3. Click Project Actions, choose Embed and Share
   
4. For Video Size, choose Responsive
   
5. For Embed Type, Choose Standard , for other options just leave it as is.
   
6. Click Copy to get the embed code.
   
7. Login to your Dashboard
   
8. Go to the page/post where you want to add the video from Wistia to.
   
9. Paste and embed the code on the page/post you want
