For G-Suite (Gmail)


  1. Login to your Gmail Account
  2. Click on the Gears icon - near the top right - and select Settings from the dropdown menu
  3. Click on the "Filters" tab and scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Create a new filter" link.
  4. Enter the email address (of the emails you don't want to be tagged as SPAM) on the From field and click on "Create filter with this search >>" link at the bottom right
  5. Then check "Never send it to SPAM" (optional: if it is an important email address also check "Always mark it as important") and click the "Create Filter" button


For Outlook


  1. Log in to your Outlook email account
  2. On the top right area, click on the gear icon and then select "Options"
  3. Under the "Junk email", click on "Blocked senders"
  4. Find the email address (of the emails you don't want to be tagged as SPAM) on the list, click on it and then click the "Remove" icon 
  5. Click on the "Save" icon at the top to save the changes
  6. Under the "Junk email", click on "Filters and reporting"
  7. Verify if the junk email filter is set to "Standard". If you are using "Exclusive" filter, you have to add the email address to the "Safe Senders" list to make sure that emails coming from the address you don't want to be tagged as SPAM will not go to the Junk folder regardless of the email filter that is currently in use.
  8. Under the "Junk email", click on "Safe Senders"
  9. Type the email address in the input box and then hit enter
  10. Finally, click on "Save"
