A video demonstration for this topic can be found in your website dashboard, under Video Tutorials > Yoast SEO Tutorials

  1. Login to Dashboard
  2. Go to SEO on the right-side menu
  3. Select Tools from the sub menu

Bulk Editor - Allows you to change the Title and Description of the post or page without having to go to the post/page Editor.
Title tab - It lists all the post and pages you have on the site, its title, type of the post, status, publication date, slug and exisiting Yoast SEO title, if one already exists. You can enter a new Title for the post or page by entering it under the New Yoast SEO title for the specific page/post. When you finish making changes, you can click on the Save link on the individual post/page or Save All to save all the changes you made. Hovering on the Page title will allow you to open the Editor or view the page.
Description tab - This works the same way as the Title tab, where you can change the description for the individual page/post. Once you are done with the changes, you can click on Save or Save All link.

File Editor - This will allow you to quickly edit the Robots.txt and if you have one, your .htaccess file. Please note that changes to this file can completely cripple your site so only make changes here only if you know precisely what you are doing.
Robots.txt - If the site doesn't have the Robots.txt file, you can create one from this section as well. When a search engine robot visits your site, it checks for instructions from your site's Robot.txt. Here you can disallow access to  particular pages or directories and Robots will not crawl or index those pages.
.htacess - Advanced users can setup redirects, security tweaks or rewrite rules.

Import and Export - If you already exported a settings file from another installation from Yoast SEO plugin, you can use this tool to import those settings to your current site, by going to the Import tab.
To export your Yoast SEO settings, go to Export Tab and select Export your Yoast SEO settings to save it to your computer.
To import from another SEO plugin before using Yoast SEO, select on Import from other SEO plugin tab. From there you can import the settings to your Yoast SEO plugin by clicking on the Import button. You can also delete the old data after the import by selecting the checkbox next to it before clicking on Import.
Under Import Redirects, you can configure to import from other redirect plugin or from .htacess. To do that, you can select the Redirect plugin you used and click on Import Redirects to select the file provided to you when you exported the data from that Redirect plugin.
